We're at that time in the program now for a few minutes to discuss what we've read over the last little while.
For the past few weeks I've been reading the latest thrillers by Ted Bell. I originally became hooked on this series when I was about 17. The hero, Alex Hawke, is an ecclectic mix of Bruce Wayne, James Bond, Jack Ryan and Jason Bourne. What makes him interesting to me is the fact that Bell continually puts him through the ringer. He loves and loses and takes his lumps and even falls into a deep depression only to be dragged out by Prince Charles when a threat emerges against the British Royal Family. Aside from the plots (which would probably be intresting enough on their own) it's because of Alex Hawke that I continue to read this series.
